Executive Support -- Provide on-demand consulting support to executive management on information technology topics. Think in terms of having an IT expert on staff when quick advice is needed; in much the same way executive use legal counsel.

Test the Pulse -- One or two day engagement to access the current state of Information Technology on campus, followed by a report that identifies strengths and areas of concern. Executives frequently use this service in order to get an unbiased second opinion.

Whitepapers -- Creation of a concise whitepaper (usually about 2 pages) in a few days that reflects the executives thoughts and ideas. Executives frequently issue the paper, which is written in non-technical language, to decision-makers, such as Trustees, a few days prior to a meeting.

Community Building -- Assist executive in development of a plan and selling a vision or strategic direction to the university community.

Verification -- Provide a quick, independent evaluation of a major technology proposal or strategy that is under consideration for funding.
